I had to be up at 8am for my morning class which wasn’t nice after the long journey home last night. We all had class as normal and then it was practice at 4pm. The lads that had played in yesterdays match just did some jobs around the changing rooms and went for a light jog and stretch before dinner, and the other boys found it a lot harder and had a proper training session.
