Day 11 – Today was our second and final match against a local mens team in the 5th tier of Dutch football. The day started off with a late breakfast and then a light training session to prepare for the match.

Match day 1 and everyone had their game faces on. The day started off as normal with breakfast and then a brief training session going over shape and positioning work.

On Sunday we reached the end of our first week and all that the lads could think about was the forthcoming matches. This day was all about moving out of the hotel into the KNVB complex where would be spending the rest of the week.

Day 5 – This day was by far the hardest day of them all, but one of the most enjoyable days we have had as a team. A fair bit of fitness was involved which is never a good thing!

Day 3 of the Tour begins with another session by the one and only Jean Paul. This was a more relaxed session with a few games such as head tennis and running races.

It was an early start for the boys in red. Heathrow was the first destination on the way to Amsterdam. We arrived at the airport with time to spare, boarded the plane smoothly and were all very excited to be on our way.
